For the people backhome, and those who were worrying. I am safe, and well in warlike Cochabamba!!!
In the city center a small civil war is going on. Cayo and I just returned from a visit to see with our own eyes.
We had to run several times, to avoid angry mobs!!! One time a lady opened her garden gate to let us in to hide. Adrenaline was pumping fiercely!!!
People in groups of thousands and thousands had completely lost their minds. Walking around the city with bats, sticks and whatever they can find. The two groups (the peasants and the city people) have severe physical encounters. We´ve seen some peasants with faces covered with blood molested by groups and only protected by a handfull of amry men.
5 people have died already.
We´re now taking a little rest on the couch with a cold one after all the crazy things we just seen.
I´ll keep far away from this total madness and keep everybody updated.
